Rachel was out to greet me at my car immediately checked my car in then checked me in. She then estimated the time to be an hour and a half and she was exactly right. I stayed at the dealership in the loung my car in then checked me in. She then estimated the time to be an hour and a half and she was exactly right. I stayed at the dealership in the lounge area and was very comfortable. Very good service. More

I have been with this deal ship for many years I have bought two new cars at this location I have always been treated respectfully and special customer. Robert who has retired took care of me and seen t bought two new cars at this location I have always been treated respectfully and special customer. Robert who has retired took care of me and seen that my car was cared for as needed. I now have found Christopher to be my service person . He has also made sure everything is done correctly. He will be my service person always. He should be rated a five! Your dealership is unique in making sure customers come first I every aspect! Thank you! More

The service department is pathetic. The driver’s side seat heater went out in March. I called customer service and couldn’t get an appointment for two weeks. When I arrived for said app The driver’s side seat heater went out in March. I called customer service and couldn’t get an appointment for two weeks. When I arrived for said appointment I left my car for two days after which they called me and said that they had to order a part which would take two weeks to arrive so I should pick up my car. Three weeks pass and I don’t hear anything so I call them. They say that the part hasn’t come in yet but they will call me when it does. I wait another month and never receive a call so I call again. Low and behold the part came in but nobody notified me. I drop the car off again and they claimed that they had completed the work so I picked up my car. By this point it is May and hot so I don’t need my seat heater. In June I decide to test it; sure enough it still doesn’t work. I call them and they can’t fit me in until August 1. I took the car down the night before my appointment. I never receive a call on August 1 regarding the status. I call them on the 2nd. and sure enough it is done but no one bothered to inform me. I of course immediately checked it once the car was back in my possession. It appears to finally be functioning. They not only repeatedly wasted my time but also my husband’s time when he had to drive me back and forth. Fortunately I have a vehicle that I can use while mine is in the shop but not everyone is that fortunate, I would have thought that providing a loaner car would have been in order when I had to come back in for a second time due to their incompetence. More
