Rob took the time to introduce me to the service people, to show me around the building and to explain all the mechanical operations I would need to know about to drive safely. Tom - the finance person, was a bit brusque and got annoyed when I turned down the extra protections and acted like I did not understand how much I needed this extra coverage. I felt pressured and I think he did not realize that I have a college degree and have previously purchased 5 cars.He wanted to know why I asked about every paper I signed and wanted time to read them. More

Excellent ! We chose this dealership based on a family members recommendation. We were not sorry! Our Salesman knew the car inside and out. He wanted to find the right car for me and asked several questions about what I thought was important and what I wanted. He found the perfect car and helped make it more affordable too. No playing around. He spent lots of time after the sale making sure I knew all the computerized stuff and helped me program things as well. Robert walked me around so I would be familiar with the service department and the building as well. I felt that everyone I dealt with was working hard for me to see that they sincerely wanted to help. They wanted my trust and they got it. I will gladly recommend them. Thanks Guys!- Janet W. More

Wish I was happy. I am not. I am a Professional Bus Driver. I AM NOT a mechanic. Whenever I've gone to have my car(s) repaired, I've depended on my mechanic or service advisor I am a Professional Bus Driver. I AM NOT a mechanic. Whenever I've gone to have my car(s) repaired, I've depended on my mechanic or service advisor to steer me correctly. I have NO issues with Dan, Matt, Rob, and everyone else in terms of their friendliness. They were GREAT on hat level. Where things went wrong was the pricing on the work I needed done. My Wife Lynn has a 2011 CRV. She recently had the SAME issue with a mouse making a mess of her engine. Her receipt came to just under $60.00 at her Honda dealership. Different things were done with my car to bring my receipt to over $300.00. WHY is there such a discrepancy that my bill came to about 6 TIMES more than my Wife's?! Yes, different work was done on both cars, but I believe mine was MILKED. $300.00+?!, I may back to Hoffman, but never for repairs. Burn me once, it's a freebie. Burn me twice, it's my fault. I WON'T be burned a second time. If you haven't figured it out, I'm NOT happy. Even if my bill came to around a $100.00, I'd be o.k.. I'm not o.k.with this. More
