I really like to thank Bob, he did an awesome job trying to find us the right vehicle with all the bells and whistles. that we were asking about. We must of ran Bob through the ringer. LOL he did a very exceptional job finding us right vehicle. .bob was courteous and kind and not very pushy which I really liked about him. he wasn't a xx guy that was trying to make a fast sale .he knew his Vehicles and took his time talking us through some things with the vehicles, and set up all the navigational system so we could drive it home until we can figure it out he didn't have to do all that but he did show his character he stayed with us through the whole process making sure the car was ready for us to take it was a late night that night and he stayed over to make sure the car was all set up for us how to all my years of buying cars I never had a guy do that he wanted to make sure we were safe also he knew exactly what we wanted after showing us the first car he had very good skills and knowledge and did an awesome job he wasn't about making the sale he's about satisfying the customer and our needs for the right vehicle this will be our first Subaru Forester in the family. we have done a lot of research in the past and found that Subaru has a lot of good qualities that's what made us show up at Concordville Subaru in Glen Mills my first Contact person was over the phone with was mary absolutely professional and I must had at least 20 questions or more very exceptional communication skills mary was very accurate in her answers and honest which drew me to Concordville she was my first Contact she did a very awesome job and should be recognized for her knowledge of the business and very courteous and very nice . Which reflects on your business and your company.
