When I showed up for a scheduled appointment, one of the service representatives (it weas hard to find someone) told me that they do Oil Changes (sc When I showed up for a scheduled appointment, one of the service representatives (it weas hard to find someone) told me that they do Oil Changes (scheduled service) on a first come basis. Told me it would be about an hour wait. Two hours later I went back to the service area to find my car still waiting and cars that had come in after me were gone. My service representative was busy so another person, who frankly took more interest in my satisfaction, took notice and promised that mine would be next. 30 more minutes and I was done, but one need I asked for wasn't even researched. Very Bad! More

He worked diligently to get to the deal that I was looking for. At time of delivery I was not happy with the exterior detail, and he tended to that immediately. You can tell that the atmosphere is family oriented and not turn and burn....That is refreshing, especially in today's sales environment with all the "big box" competition, I would recommend Robert and Jim Browne Citrus dealer to anyone. My fiancé and I were greeted by Robbie Mendola as soon as we walked into the show room. Robbie was very professional, but at the same personable and made the whole experience as simple and easy as you would want and expect! After we expressed what I wanted, he was quick to point out the best choices from the great selection of new cars. Robbie didn't hound us or push us in any direction, rather he took what I had mentioned and pointed us is several directions from the Limited models to the S sport models and everything in between. Once I and my fiancé found the one that was the best fit for us, Robbie took us back to showroom to get us into the car that we wanted! The rest of the staff were quick to help us, and it didn't take hours to have the keys in our hands, we were in and out smooth and fast, on our way home with our brand new car! My fiancé and I couldn't have asked for a better experience and it isn't going to take long for us to return to Jim Browne's Dade City location to purchase another vehicle!
