Sent my car for service for recalls. They called and said they could get me a new car for less money, please come in. I asked for them not to waste my time. Amy assured me they could do it, payment wo said they could get me a new car for less money, please come in. I asked for them not to waste my time. Amy assured me they could do it, payment would be less, no out of pocket. I go in, they could not make the deal, lots of back and forth, I expressed my disappointment in them lying to me and hassling me on my day off. Finally they got me to same payment I make now. Then I get to finance and they wanted 5700 out of pocket which no one mentioned. I refused, then magically no out of pocket due and payment remained the same. More
