I had the BEST service a consumer could ever ask for while purchasing a vehicle for a college student. Rob Lee was fantastic and made the process exceptionally easy. My only problem with City Limits Nissan was the long wait time to get to Finance. This Dealership crushed my ability TO EVER put my Trust in a Dealership that isn't in my backyard. It wasn't exactly the Vehicle that My Wife wanted. However the items offered were not for the year as prom in a Dealership that isn't in my backyard. It wasn't exactly the Vehicle that My Wife wanted. However the items offered were not for the year as promised but for 3 months. No owners manual which she was constantly promised was on the way. GM"s or Assitant GM's would not get on the phone with her nor call her back. This entire situation has caused her extreme set back in her recovery from a TRAUMATIC BRAIN Injury. If I could give them a negative rating rest assured they would recieve a negative. More
