The dealership was great to work with but did not like the extended insurance hard sell. I wanted to decline the extra expense but the representative pressed very hard. My entire experience at Seattle Mini was excellent. I first came in to test drive, there was no pressure, and I genuinely felt that the sales team was looking to find a car that best suited me. Once I decided what I wanted, the process to order a new car was very straightforward. The dealership is clean, modern, "cool" and a great place to hang out. I love the Wi-Fi and amenities. It is also dog friendly, which is a huge plus, as we brought our dog in when we purchased the car. So far, my experience with the service department has also been excellent, with no issues and prompt service. I also appreciate the online interface. I would definitely recommend buying a car from Seattle Mini. More
