Rob Lakey, one of the sales managers there didn't like that I am giving him facts about the value of their used vehicle (Mazda CX5), I gave them a very reasonable offer, he just walked away, I replied to that I am giving him facts about the value of their used vehicle (Mazda CX5), I gave them a very reasonable offer, he just walked away, I replied to his email next day and was willing to purchase still, he never responded. This guy shouldn't be a sales manager, I think he just like people who he can take advantage of, he was being sarcastic most of the time asking if I own a dealership, just because he was dealing with knowledgeable buyer, of course they lost a sale, I bought from another dealership and newer model for cheaper, and their used CX5 still on their lot for 200 days. Total failure. More

Bought a vehicle and had some serious issues they fixed one and want to patch up other. They said they would make right but never came through. They also lied on car fax. I previously had a bad review for this dealership because of how I felt my particular car buying situation previously played out.
