Used to have absolutely top notch customer service, but those days are gone. I drove across the state to buy my THIRD car from them. Robert Hamm was my salesman each time. I came to look at a specific new Elantra. When I got there it was out front and ready to go. I was initially thrilled with the car, but realized that it had a missing cover for the fuse box. Robert put us in the car and drove around the lot, eventually robbing the missing piece from another car. In all of this, I didn't check things too closely, after all, this was my third purchase from them and the prior ones were so perfect. When I got home, I realized that I didn't have an owners manual or floor mats. I tried texting Robert and he told me that he would mail them to me. They never came, and I tried again with no response what so ever. I spoke to a manager, who assured me that it would be sent ( the manual). It never came. I tried again when I got a call from customer service asking about my experience. Again I got an empty promise. Now 3 years later I got a call from a lady named Tammy telling me about the great sales they have going on now. I told her all about the owners manual and floor mats. Again, I was promised satisfaction. She expressed how important customer service is to the dealership. She texted and called me a few times over the next week. Then she totally ghosted me. After some time I texted her back, with a little attitude stating that this is the 4th time this has happened and that I guess customer service isn't a thing there now. She responded that I can get it online and told me to have a good day. So long Hyundai of NPR... Guess my 4th Hyundai will come from another dealer. More

False Advertising Went to take advantage of their advertised flash-sale, after reaching out on the post, speaking to an agent online through their site, and as well an Went to take advantage of their advertised flash-sale, after reaching out on the post, speaking to an agent online through their site, and as well an individual on the phone about using this sale for a used vehicle and confirmed there was no issues, my appointment was set. Low and behold, I pull up today after driving to the dealership and was greeted by a salesman who gathered my information and referred to I can only assume a manager at the Used Care location. He came back minutes later and informed that the deal was not eligible for used cars, much to the contradiction of everyone prior. The salesman, then was kind enough to mention that the primary dealership is 'cutting massive deals left and right' and mentioned to go to the primary dealership and speak with a 'good friend of his' who he wrote the name of.... On a $100 referral card. I quickly high-tailed back home and am now writing this review to beware of false advertising and a dealership that will waste your time. More

Easy Purchase I was able to get a new car with 100% ease. It took less than two hours to trade in, pick it a new car and do the paperwork. The only drawback was the excessive time to finish the paperwork. Having purchased/leased many vehicles in our past years, I find this to be the most time consuming part of the sale, being with the Finance Mgr. I realize this happens at most dealerships but I just can’t understand why. We are very pleased with our 2020 Hyundai Santa Fe. More

Pricing I first went to Fitzgerald Hyundai because it was closest to me. Then after seeing an ad for New Port Richey Hyundai, I made an appt. to check out the I first went to Fitzgerald Hyundai because it was closest to me. Then after seeing an ad for New Port Richey Hyundai, I made an appt. to check out their 2019 Tucsons. Their prices were much better and I got a value Tucson which was better than the SE and got a great price on it and for my trade in. The salesman Rob Hamm was very nice and kept my sister and I laughing. His help after the purchase was as good as before which shows he wasn't nice just to sell a car!! I can't remember the manager's name, but he came by and was very nice. More

Great service from our sales person I feel we got exceptional service from our sales person Robert Hamm. We had shopped other dealerships and had prices ,which we didn't share. Rob gave us a much better deal than the competition. He also gave us the added incentives of window tinting and scheduled maintenance. His price was considerably better and he provided excellent service. What more can you ask for ? More
