Dave In Finance was not trying to hide anything and made signing the paperwork a breeze and even emailed me the next day to get me even a better loan. McGrath City Hyundai really knows there product. I never considered Hyundai when I was shopping around online. I went in to McGrath City Hyundai for a used Kia Sorento it was a really nice car had so I never considered Hyundai when I was shopping around online. I went in to McGrath City Hyundai for a used Kia Sorento it was a really nice car had some really nice features and my salesman Robert explained to me the features and actually went on the test drive as soon as I got there because he had the keys ready. Like I said he had the keys ready because he was communicating with me prior to the visit by phone and email. Which I greatly appreciated because I'm really busy and couldn't waste anytime. I went in for a used car walked out with a 2017 Hyundai Elantra their new redesign model sold me visually while going on the test drive Robert was explaining to me all the great features the new Elantra had ( and it had a lot of great features). Also Robert was not like most salesman just trying to sell you a car no not Robert he told me the whole background off the Hyundai company how they have a steel mill down in Iowa making quality steel for their vehicles, I respected the knowledge he has for his product not just the car his product, he sold me with what an awesome warranty program Hyundai provides with new vehicles. Robert made me feel like I was purchasing his whole company because they were going to be there for me if I need anything whether its sales, service or repairs. When you walk in to McGrath City Hyundai they employees there make you feel like a part of their family. Thank You McGrath City Hyundai. More
