I purchased a new 2011 Buick Lacrosse from Ewing. I worked mainly with Robert Turlington but also worked with Suzanne Koerwer on one visit when Robert was out of the office. I had been doing research and looking for about 6 months before my purchase. When I narrowed down my selection to a Lacrosse I emailed five area dealers requesting a quote. Ewing Buick was the first to respond. I set up an appointment to speak with Robert Turlington. I had been very specific about what I was looking for in my email to the five dealers. I knew from looking on Ewing's website that they did not have the car with the equipment I desired in stock. With the 2011 out of production, I knew I could not order it from the factory. I did know that two existed in the area in other dealer’s stock. One was a demo. Robert showed me what they had in stock. When I told him I really wanted a car with different options and color then what Ewing had in stock he suggested we go back to his office to see if he could locate one in the area. He found one at a dealership about 30 miles away and stated that it was a dealership that was easy to work with on doing dealer transfers. I told him that was the type of vehicle I was looking to purchase. I told him I wanted some time to think it over and there was no pressure from Robert to sign an agreement to purchase the car that day. I waited until the next afternoon to return to say I wanted to purchase the car. Robert was courteous, friendly and pleasant to work with during the entire process. Suzanne was easy and friendly to work with when I dropped by without an appointment to initiate the dealer transfer process. Suzanne called Robert, who was out delivering a vehicle to another of his customers, to ask if it was OK for her to assist me. Robert and Suzanne (along with another salesman named Randy) seem to work well with each other and help each other out to ensure customers are helped without having to make a return trip to the dealership. Ewing did the dealer transfer and had the car on their lot the next afternoon. The car did not have tinted windows, which was one of the items I wanted. Ewing had the tinting done before I took ownership of the vehicle. There was no heavy pressure during the financing process to purchase anything like extended warranties or such. Robert took time to explain the features of the Lacrosse to me. He also setup my Bluetooth phone connection with my cell phone. Suzanne even helped with removing the fingerprints from the window tinting process. There seems to be a very cooperative spirit within the sales group at Ewing Buick rather than a “cut-throat” attitude that seems to prevail at most dealerships amongst the sales staff. A nice added bonus is the Ewing Edge-added service agreements for free oil changes, car washes, and service assistance for the next THREE years. Overall, I would rate my experience at Ewing Buick as being very satisfying and recommend others to do business with Robert Turlington and Ewing Buick as well. More

We looked at two different Buick models and shopped at three different dealerships before selecting Ewing. We choose Ewing because of the quality service given in their Vehicle servicing center and helpfu three different dealerships before selecting Ewing. We choose Ewing because of the quality service given in their Vehicle servicing center and helpfulness given by Robert in comparing the benefits between our vehicle chooses. Robert is very easy to deal with and helpful in locating a vehicle with all our preferred options. More

My husband and I had such a great experience at Ewing that I wrote the email below to his General Manager I wanted to personally email you to express what I wonderful experience my husband and I had that I wrote the email below to his General Manager I wanted to personally email you to express what I wonderful experience my husband and I had while buying a truck at your dealership in June. Robert Turlington was our Sales Consultant and we could not have asked for a better experience. We have purchased cars at several other dealerships in the area and I have never felt the “personal touch” that we received with Robert. He made the experience of buying a car so quick and painless. The truck that Gary liked did not have leather seats or a bed liner, so we had to bring the truck back into the dealership to have these things added. Robert was there to greet me at the door with the loaner car ready for me to go, so I hardly had to wait anytime at all! He called when he said he would and followed up when the questions that I had. I am in Client Services myself, so I understand how important it is to make an impression on someone, and Robert and your dealership truly made an impression on me! I will certainly recommend your dealership to anyone I know, as I truly understand that great Customer Service will get you repeat customers no matter what you are selling. What a great car buying experience. Top notch people. Robert Turlington and Bryan Potts were such professionals, and not your typical car sales people. No pressure or sales gimmicks. We came armed with a lot of information, they presented facts and options, and worked to get us the best deal and the car we really wanted. They didn't try and sell us one they had just to get it off their lot. They were willing to check all of Texas and into Oklahoma to get "Our" car. I can't say enough about the whole buying experience, it was really great, such a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a GMC/Buick in the north Texas area. More
