Perfect used vehicle and low pressure environment I was looking for a specific uncommon used car year/model, so I visited several dealerships in Chicagoland area and at most of them I was pressured in I was looking for a specific uncommon used car year/model, so I visited several dealerships in Chicagoland area and at most of them I was pressured into making instantaneous decisions and presented with a vehicle in which I had to find and point out defects. It was NOT the case at BMW of Barrington. The car was in perfect condition and Robert Dunfrund was friendly and professional, but never pushy. I also appreciate not being pressured into buying extras since I was already over my original budget. I'm convinced that this car will provide years of enjoyment for me and my family. More

Robert and the entire team, (Chris Lima, Mike Gargano and Victor Najjar in service), spend the time making sure you feel good about this investment. We were between two different versions of the same car. One was in the showroom and another on the lot. They went out of their way to park both cars next to each other to help us compare and make a decision. This was very helpful and not something they had to do but they went above and beyond to help us. I also like the streamlined sales process where we did the whole transaction at Robert’s desk and didn’t have to wander around the dealership talking to different departments. Much more enjoyable and efficient experience. More

I was intimidated going to motor werks being a non millionaire. But the staff there sure treated me like one. It was an easy purchase with Robert being patient and Ryan Durso going above and beyond my expectations when it came time for the actual financing. Add all that up with the Starbucks coffee and free car washes for as long as I own the vehicle and I can’t quite possibly think of anything but good things to say about Motor Werks and staff. Great experience NOT buying a BMW We came to BMW Barrington to drive a used Jeep Grand Cherokee. We definitely had reservations when we were greeted by Robert, a BMW sales rep. Over th We came to BMW Barrington to drive a used Jeep Grand Cherokee. We definitely had reservations when we were greeted by Robert, a BMW sales rep. Over the course of our experience, our reservations melted away. Robert knew a surprising amount about the vehicle, and was very straightforward and honest with us. The condition of the vehicle was phenomenal. We met with the used car manager (forget his name) who was equally pleasant and straightforward. We were offered a very fair and transparent deal for the car we wanted, but honestly, even if we saved a small amount of money going elsewhere (which I’m not sure we would have), the experience at BMW Barrington was worth buying there. The best part, was that although we were buying a Jeep from a BMW dealer, talking finances with a Porsche rep and surrounded by exorbitantly expensive cars, we were never ONCE treated any differently than the customers in there ready to drop 80k. When we are ready to buy again, this group of dealerships will be our first stop. Thank you to Robert, Raul and the Used Car manager. More
