This dealership is just confused. Doesn't seem like anybody knows what anybody else is doing. You make requests they don't happen you make calls they don't call back you ask questions Doesn't seem like anybody knows what anybody else is doing. The experience was good leading up to the day of purchase. My husband communicated with Patrick and Frank via text for the most part. We knew exactly what we wanted and expressed our monthly payment purchase. My husband communicated with Patrick and Frank via text for the most part. We knew exactly what we wanted and expressed our monthly payment goals as well. We secured our own financing, but allowed the dealer to check other lenders for potentially better options. The drive to the dealership was 2.5 hours. We reached out to ask about the interest rate and payment amounts based on what they discovered with the other lenders, at which point we were told “everything looks great, see you soon”. My husband then called and spoke with Patrick who sounded very rushed, but told us that the payment was right where we wanted it but at one percentage point above our pre approval rate. We arrived to the dealer to find that was all a complete lie. Patrick and Frank did a switcharoo and told my husband that they would only be able to get a lower rate if the trade owner also got added to the new loan. That didn’t make sense because they knew that the new financing would only be in my name and the trade-in was in my husband’s. There was never any concern expressed by Frank nor Patrick. Frank then presented an approval from NMAC at 11.8% for 96 months. Our NFCU rate was below 6% for 72 months with a lower monthly payment. We ended up getting the car using the original pre approval. They didn’t even clean the vehicle before it was delivered to us. Chalk and adhesive all over the windows. Filth all over the exterior. Patrick even left to fill the tank of the vehicle and came back with it at the halfway point. I cannot speak for anyone else at this place, but I felt like I was dealing with very dishonest representatives in Frank and Patrick. I will say that RJ in the finance office was a pleasure. More
