service on vehicle and recall notied from a lawyer My Ford Mustang was down on its last legs and so I went looking at cars and found the one I wanted and asked about it, it was a Chevrolet truck and so My Ford Mustang was down on its last legs and so I went looking at cars and found the one I wanted and asked about it, it was a Chevrolet truck and so I inquired more about it and they said I didn't have the credit for it but they were willing to lease me a ford 2013 focus. I have had the car for a year or so and started getting these recall notices on this make and year of car from a attorney and so I questioned them about it ( Ford people ) and they said I was ok but then I get a letter from ford corp. saying the problems do exist and they were bumping my warranty up two years . I just finished a very long trip and thank god I didn't have any problems but to stand there and lie to me before I took my trip about recalls that's bad business. I am a Chevy person and do like Toyotas also but once I'm out of this mess I'm dropping my lease and going a different direction. I don't like being lied to . More

My first experience with Future Ford and Carlos Rodriguez was in 2005 when I purchased a F250 wth the 6.0 Diesel. That vehicle turned out to be a lemon with many problems over the 6+years 100,00miles I owned was in 2005 when I purchased a F250 wth the 6.0 Diesel. That vehicle turned out to be a lemon with many problems over the 6+years 100,00miles I owned it. Had it not been for the service and creditability of Carlos, i I might not have even considered another Ford. Two things kept me wanting to buy another ford: 1) Every time I came in for service (most service as well as for scheduled maint. had a problem or failure that needed attention. Each time , while awaiting service I would visit Carlos and he would keep me aware of the problems and what Ford was doing for long term solutions to theirDiesel engins. 2) I wanted to Buy american, and I also wanted to stay with Ford because THEY WERE THE ONLY AMERICAN TRUCK THAT DIDN'T take the govt bail out, they continued to do business the american way and survived but I also wanted a reliable vehical..Carlos talked from experience about the 2012, 6.7 v8 diesel and its service history so in Feb, 2012 I bought a new F250, 4x4 , 4door Diesel. I've now had it 17 months, 37,000 miles , get excellant milage AND NOT ONE MECHANICAL PROBLEM. Excellant power pulling our travel trailer and I couldn't be happier. It was now time to upgrade my wife from her 2000 Durango Again I wanted to stay American and if I could find the right vehicle, stay with Ford for the same reason as above, NO GOV BAIL OUT!!! So after reading articles on the Ford Fusion, I again went to Future Ford to get Carlos's openion and test drove one. I was impressed with its power, handling and style. I then told my wife this next vehicle was hers to pick out . The car itself - Make, Model, features and color. She'd heard me tell others why I wanted to stay with Ford and felt the same about the GM & Dodge, Gov Bail Out and wanted to see what Ford had. I set it up to meet with Carlos and turned the rest over to my wife.He showed my wife The Fusion and The Escape and explained them both. She test drove both and liked both but preferred the Fusion if she could get the right color and features. Carlos was able to locate a 2013, Titaium, AWD in Boudeaux, black leather seats, 19"H-spoke wheels, moon roof, rear view camera in the bay area. We worked on price and tradein and made a deal!! My wife and I picked up the vehicle on 7-8-13 added the extended warrenty and prepayed mtce package withTravis Hamilton and drove it home. If it performes as good and trouble free as my 2012 F250, I'll probably be a Ford driver from now on. Just a note , Robert Clark has been my service contact on every service on my 2012 F250 & its performance is making my experience with my 2005 6.0 a fadeing memory. I will request Robert Clark every time I bring in Our Fusion for service. I have no problem giving all of the above and Future Ford of Clovis, my highest recomendation! Thank you Nate Lincoln , More
