This is my third purchase at Beaver. I had a bad experience three years ago and Luis Torres turned that around for me with my purchase of the sequoia. Taking the vehicle with me is what solidified me moving on it the same day. Ultimately its the service department and the people at this dealership that keep me coming back . Tim making my daughter feel like she was part of the process resonated with me. Pairing my phone. Helping me empty out a very dirty vehicle …. Following up with me the next day. Over a span of two months, two vehicles were bought and returned to Beaver Toyota St Augustine. Because of "negative equity" I have no truck, lost a $1000 cash down payment and got a collection of $15,000 on my credit that I will never pay. More

"Old Guy Robert" was a very good listener and helped me to find the right model/year of car among an otherwise intimidating array of options. He worked extra hard to make the transition between two very d to find the right model/year of car among an otherwise intimidating array of options. He worked extra hard to make the transition between two very different models and driver options as smooth as possible. Although I selected a car that was a year older than the one I was trading in and had slightly more mileage, I gained a much desired built-in navigation system that has been discontinued in newer models. I am glad an old guy listened closely to an old lady and had her "comfortably" back in the driver's seat. More
