Jeremy was great, but was not knowledgeable about the vehicle, and neither was I. I asked aobut specific features and were told the vehicle had them, when they did not. The truck was a manual with many vehicle, and neither was I. I asked aobut specific features and were told the vehicle had them, when they did not. The truck was a manual with many less options than an automatic, and I paid 3k more for a used 2021 vehicle than a new 2023 vehicle, and I don't give a hat the used market is like. If you are going to sell used vehicles for more than new, you best know the vehicle, and you should have people sign a piece of paper on all the features that is coming with it. Had I known of these options missing on the manual, I would have waited for a new vehicle. The dealership refused to do anything about it and basically told me tough luck (don't know which manager decided this, so they all get 1s.) Horrible experience that left me feeling like I was robbed. I will never shop there again, and I will let everyone I know shopping for a new vehicle to stay clear of Corwin Toyota. I have already contacted Toyota and left multiple reviews about this experience, as well as contacted their corporate office in Fargo, ND. A couple of days after this review, I got en email from dealerrated saying Corwin worked with me to resolve my issue. Just following up to indicate they have not, not in the least. More

Nazzi was awesome, we had a deal done very quickly. She was one of the best sales people I have worked with, and I have purchases numerous vehicles over the years. The finance department on the other h She was one of the best sales people I have worked with, and I have purchases numerous vehicles over the years. The finance department on the other hand was disappointing. I waited one hour and 45 minutes to get in and sign the paperwork. The gentleman was nice, but I was told it would be a reasonable 20 min to go back to sign. Afterwards Nazzi was back to knocking out of the park, making sure the truck was cleaned to my liking, and even helping transfere my belongings in sub freezing weather. I would go out of my way to buy a vehicle from her again. More

Overall, not super happy with Corwin Toyota Sales. I gave the Dealership a 5 star review on Google, but can easily take that back. Although I am a man of my word, I gave the review per thanks to JR and the GM Curtis. They were able to remove some add-on that my sale rep Stephen Smith said it was mandatory. Here's the Negatives: 1. Sales Rep was unresponsive when I called and left a message, or text their dealer number. 2. Sales Rep rushed through everything. Did not provide proper documentation requested at the time of meeting. I requested OTD pricing with Taxes and fees and it was never provided. 3. Car was allocated and was not notified til 10 days after, but I found out because I called multiple times, and eventually requested for a manager for updates. That's when I found out my car was allocated. 4. I got a build without my requested package and Sales Rep insisted I pay more than my original quoted price. After a long talk, I got the Sales Rep to relook at the paper work and dropped the price. I added on the hitch/wiring harness. OEM All Weather floor liners, and requested for Heated seats too. I didn't realize they went to a 3rd party for Heated seats. I would have been nice to know because I'm pretty sure the dealership marked up this pricing. 5. Additional Dealership Add ons - Sale Rep said Pulse Braking and Data Dot was mandatory adds and I could not remove it. Found out all the add on are "Voluntary" in their contract and of course this was the last paperwork I signed with Financing. Luckily I reviewed all my paperwork at home after signing before picking up my car. Sales Rep and Financing guy wanted me to sign all paperwork before going through the checklist. I was happy to sign, but requested that everything needs to be run thru again before leaving the dealership with the vehicle. 6. Day of pick up, Sales Rep just wanted me out the door without running through the check list, without going through the App. And I had to insist on running through the check list. 7. Paperwork said car would be detailed. Found bird poop on the windshield. Found dirt and water stains all over the car. I even have photos for proof. He did a quick clean but at this point I was already irritated. 8. Talked to the GM and was able to get the Pulse and Data Dot removed. Curtis was extremely nice and so was JR. We connected and I told them these items were not beneficial for me and I did not need them, nor did I want to pay for them. J.R. removed them off the contract and they had their Service dept. remove the PULSE. I told them I would give a 5 star review. 9. I usually manage my owns car maintenance, so I was at the Parts and Accs. Dept buying OEM Oil Filters and Oil. When I walked by the Sales Rep. I noticed him and 2 others gossiping about me. Sorry this is unprofessional. They should have waited til I was out of the building. 11. I'm loyal to Toyota and their cars. But I will not be loyal to this dealership. I requested for transparency and all I got was dishonest sales people. More
