Was in the market for an Alpina XB7 which is rare and hard to find. I had relegated myself to having to search nationally. I came across BMW New Motors in my search and met Joe who answered all my questi hard to find. I had relegated myself to having to search nationally. I came across BMW New Motors in my search and met Joe who answered all my questions quickly and thoroughly about the used vehicle and its condition. He even chased down the service department to get me tread depths on all four wheels! I would have liked to get a little bit of a better price but understood I couldn't negotiate to hard with the rarity of it. After agreeing on price, Joe handed me off to Seth who worked with me closely on beating my credit union financing that I came with that same day. Was quite surprised that they beat it! More surprising and appreciated than the better interest rate, is that Seth did not pressure me with any of the finance add-ons that usually get pushed on buyers near the close of deals. The financing was very clean and straightforward with no surprise add-ons I might add as well. Wish this was how all dealerships worked! Paper work was sent to my state's notary a couple business days later and everything was signed and set without any drama to boot! After contract stuff was done, I was handed off to Robby to help close out the deal by helping keep track of where final funding to dealership was at, as well as transportation from PA to NC. Robby was in constant communication, and as with Seth and Joe, quickly followed up with answering all my questions. He even made sure to chase down the second FOB that wasn't able to come with my vehicle and ensure I was in loop on when that would be sent to me later by mail!! Overall, I highly recommend BMW New Motors for their friendly, straight, no pressure interactions. Those in Cleveland/Pittsburgh/Buffalo and surrounding area would be well served to take the extra hour or so drive to check them out! More

Robby and the team did a great job overall on my purchase of a used BMW. I felt no pressure, and they were very helpful explaining options and financing.
