They got me an appointment as soon as they could. My truck was in the shop right away, and Robb let me know what was going to be done and an approximate time line. Work was completed promptly. Robb was very good at explaining exactly what was wrong with my car and what needed to be done to correct the problem. When I picked my car up Robb was gone for the day but the others were extremely helpfu with my car and what needed to be done to correct the problem.
