My husband and I had aa great experience at Penn Toyota. Luis was very helpful. He did an exceptional job explaining the details about the vehicle and pricing. Rob Tracy, Vinny, and Joni provided professional, friendly, timely, and honest sales service during the purchase of my used 2018 Camry XSE. I placed a deposit on the vehicle (sight unseen) and was h friendly, timely, and honest sales service during the purchase of my used 2018 Camry XSE. I placed a deposit on the vehicle (sight unseen) and was happy to find out that the vehicle was exactly as described and the final price was exactly as discussed over the phone. I was in and out of the dealership with my new car (and old vehicle trade-in) in only 90 minutes thanks to the incredible service by Ron and Vinny. Words do not describe how happy I am with the outstanding service that I received from Penn Toyota. I will happily recommend then to friends and family members for future car purchases. Overall, an easy, pleasant and completely stress-free car buying experience at Penn Toyota! More

I had been searching for a Highlander Hybrid for some time and finally found one at Penn Toyota. I dealt with Rob and Vinnie when looking at the car. Today I went to penn toyota to look at cars. My father, Vinny works at penn toyota and suggested I come to look at the newest Toyota trucks available. He told me the workers at penn Toyota are fantastic an Vinny works at penn toyota and suggested I come to look at the newest Toyota trucks available. He told me the workers at penn Toyota are fantastic and how nice/safe the Toyota cars are. I came in this morning and met with Chris M who was so nice. He answered all my questions and worked with me all day. To wrap everything up I met with Sean H and once again - he was so nice and thorough and answered all my questions. This was definitely not my usual car experience - in the past when I’ve purchased cars it’s felt just like a regular purchase but today everyone was so sweet. They told me about their families, made sure we had all questions answered, made sure I understood and had all my safety features set up and it was the nicest experience I had purchasing a vehicle. Poor Customer Servive I called yesterday to purchase the 2008 Toyota Camry Hybrid. My girlfriend need a car because she totaled hers. Now, this is a cash transaction, the I called yesterday to purchase the 2008 Toyota Camry Hybrid. My girlfriend need a car because she totaled hers. Now, this is a cash transaction, the car is only $9,699. After talking to the sales lady yesterday, she was to call me right back for the best price "no response". So, this morning I called and spoke to another sales lady, she took all the info and said, within 30 min she will email me purchase agreement "no response" , now some guy calls. I told him I want to purchase the car. I told him to check on a issue with the car for me. He said I will call you right back and I'm still waiting. I'm the General Manager for Sam's Club in Plattsburg NY. God forbid if i was to treat my customers this way, i would be out of business. I have a daughter that goes to college at NYU in Lower Manhattan so i'm very familiar with NY. I'm in the Carolinas on LOA of a personal family matter. The service of this dealership is terrible and I'm going to make sure everybody knows it. 2pm "STILL WAITING" !!!!!!!!!! I just receive a phone call back. I don't even want the car anymore. I was blown off 3 time, all i want to do was buy the car for my girlfriend. I will ensure to let all my members throughout the Northeast know about the horrible service I received at Penn Toyota !
