I just purchased a 2021 Ford F150 from Cleveland Ford. My salesman was Brad Doty. Brad is a true professional and a super nice guy. Brad is a very hands off no pressure type of salesman who is very knowledge salesman was Brad Doty. Brad is a true professional and a super nice guy. Brad is a very hands off no pressure type of salesman who is very knowledgeable and really believes in customer service. Although I ordered my truck with a different salesman, because he was unavailable Brad took care of me the day my truck was delivered. There were a couple cosmetic defects when the truck arrived at the dealership, so Brad made all the arrangements to get me in a rental vehicle for a couple days while they fixed the items. Everything he said he would do was taken care of. I now have my new truck and all is well. I would highly recommend Cleveland Ford if you live in the area in our searching for a new or used vehicle. More

bought auto on january 3rd.2020..with in 3 days of driving it home..it had starting issues....we had to put on new starter....then new alternator...yes it's a used auto....f150 truck....we knew we'd h driving it home..it had starting issues....we had to put on new starter....then new alternator...yes it's a used auto....f150 truck....we knew we'd have to put some money into it but not for a battery and a starter..its been the most terrible experience with this dealership and its ongoing...its been 38 days and still no tag or title....we r driving on a expired tag ..our salesman TY, was so good during the sale but after has been xxxx.hes totally different..we have told him more than once tag is expired.....he told me this morning to drive 45 minutes to pic up new one...he said day they get the tags they will over night them....he never told the paperwork lady to do that so how would she know to do it....he could have even asked her to extend the tag in the system...so we have to not drive the truck due to expired tags. after me calling hamilton county tag place they inform me that tags have been ready since the 6th of Feb....they said they did not receive them til Feb 6th ...they processed paperwork same day and r ready....it took Cleveland Ford 33 days to get paperwork to Hamilton county....mailing not involved....they use runners ...i have been told lies....sold a auto that did dont want to start..verbal abuse from TY...i stood up to him..i was not gonna be talked to like that with out getting my words in....if I can figure out how to post some of the conversation I will.....he tells me Ericka.(paperwork lady at Cleveland Ford) told him I said untrue things....i called Erika back...she said she did not.....this is like a kindergarten mouse run place..i can't believe they say these things back and forth ...creating further hard feelings and stress and CHAOS....i think Cleveland Ford needs to do some weeding out of employees or train them better. my husband is 69 years old...in his lifetime he has bought many autos and never had issues...never had to still endure the burden still 38 days later....(they did reimburse us for the starter and battery.) shock ....but I had to practically pull teeth to get it.........i would not recommend TY.....i would not recommend CLEVELAND FORD.my dad always said ...dont buy used because u just buy another person's problem.....this has proved totally true this time.......last 3 autos we bought b4 this were brand spanking new.. ones b4 that for awhile were used..(never had these issues) ..doubt we will ever buy a used car again....if so NOT HERE..if u need more info just ask..... First new F150 I have purchased a 2019 STX f150. It was my first experience in owning a new vehicle. Ryan Hunter was an awesome assistant on every step. I know I mus I have purchased a 2019 STX f150. Confident Purchase Got a great deal on my '17 Toyota Corolla. It was the second cheapest car in its class in my area (as well as within 80 miles), plus it had a lifetime Got a great deal on my '17 Toyota Corolla. It was the second cheapest car in its class in my area (as well as within 80 miles), plus it had a lifetime powertrain warranty included in the price. Cleveland Ford actually lowered their price twice for me, once as a courtesy and once again when the cheapest car in my area went down in price as well. The manager, Rob Stence, argued that his vehicle was worth about $2,000 more than that car for only like $300 difference in price, but he still came down a little for me - thanks, Rob! I enjoyed working with my salesman, John Yow. He explained how Cleveland Ford offers low competitive prices so that while they make less profit per car, they sell more vehicles per month. And he reasoned that because of the lifetime warranty they include on their used cars, they don't gain anything by selling cars in less than peak condition. He patiently answered my questions about how the warranty works, both before and after my purchase. And when I realized I hadn't left much time for paperwork before I had to leave for work, he and Jay Patel in finance stepped it into high gear for me, quickly taking my info and succinctly explaining each thing I needed to sign.
