My experience on 12/16 was good and the people are nice in face to face contact. However, I have zero trust in the dealership. This was the 3rd time I had to come in to get my issue fixed. I should not eve in face to face contact. However, I have zero trust in the dealership. This was the 3rd time I had to come in to get my issue fixed. I should not even had to pay for it because the car was broken when I bought it from this dealership a few months ago and I even both the extended warranty with bumper to bumper coverage and I was still charged a deductible of $200. I have been pretty loyal to Nissan and this dealership, but I see why sales are declining and they are at risk of going out of business. More

I really don't feel comfortable rating this dealership as a whole. Because I feel like I been in a twilight zone since September 2023, three visits in a little over a year for the very same issue is a proble a whole. Because I feel like I been in a twilight zone since September 2023, three visits in a little over a year for the very same issue is a problem. However, I have to say I had a more pleasant experience this time vs last time. Rob was very kind and helpful. I was ready to give up on this dealership based on the experience I had in Aug 2024 with another advisor for this very same issue. I am really hoping we are finally past this same repair. I myself do not want to deal with this same issue ever again. The jury is still out on if I will return to this dealership again besides if this issue occurs again. I can say Rob was very helpful!!! I called ahead and got a quote for what it would be to fix my car, when I got there I told him what I needed them to fix ,they told me it had to be look at by a technician. I was waiting for 2 hours just fix my car, when I got there I told him what I needed them to fix ,they told me it had to be look at by a technician. I was waiting for 2 hours just for him to tell me exactly what I told them was wrong with it. The cost to fix it was double what the quote was and then had to pay them nearly $200 for nothing. I am very disappointed with what happed and will not come here again. More
