Daniel and Todd were extremely We first visited Interstate Ford last week to look at used Escapes, but we ended up bringing home a 2016 Escape today. Daniel and Todd were extremely helpful both at the dealership and on the telephone. Daniel also spent the time to show us the ins and the outs of the car before we left. We didn't think we would be able to afford a brand new car, but they were able to give us a very fair price. They answered all our questions and didn't pressure us into anything we weren't interested in. They put up with our not always happy one year old (Todd was even willing to pick him up when he followed him around) and made the process as easy as possible to get us out of there quickly. The rest of the staff was also really friendly and helpful (Rob is the best!). Overall great experience. More
