I bought the car used and purchased an extended warranty. The check engine light came on and I took it to Woodstock Chevy to have it serviced. I was informed that they were waiting on the insurance to get th The check engine light came on and I took it to Woodstock Chevy to have it serviced. I was informed that they were waiting on the insurance to get the go ahead for the repair. I said I didn’t need the car immediately. I was called the next morning to let me know that the car was repaired at zero cost to me. Thanks Woodstock Chevy. More

I was in a bind as I had no clue why my ac fan kept running after I shut off the engine. I called the dealership. I spoke with Rob. Very helpful! Made appointment online for oil change (first time at this dealership). We arrived at our appointment and was advised “you cannot make appointment online for oil changes, it’s first come, first serve”. L this dealership). We arrived at our appointment and was advised “you cannot make appointment online for oil changes, it’s first come, first serve”. Luckily, they were able to get us in fairly quickly which I was grateful for. Went to pick up car when it was done. The service sheet had minimal information on it, such as the condition of brakes, tires, fluids, etc. It only listed one filter was “dirty” and never was this discussed with me when they called to tell me the vehicle was ready. Much different experience than our previous dealership and I will not likely return. Vehicles are expensive as is maintenance and this dealership does not seem to care. More
