Mercedes of Arrowhead has the worst service department I have ever dealt with. My brand new Mercedes was in service for 50 days in the first 2 months of ownership. Salesman was great. Backend process especially service department is the worst experience of any dealer I have ever purchased from. The lack of communication between the sales and service led to lack of information at my appointment. When the service advisor acted like it was not her fault, her condescending attitude spoke louder than anything they could do correctly. When I picked up my vehicle, what was supposed to have been completed was still not done when asked if the advisor had looked at the vehicle and receiving an affirmative response, I mentioned the badging not being correct on a CPO 2020 MB. Maybe not a big deal but the little things count. Will never return to Arrowhead MB for service again. With a 65k vehicle, I would expect to be treated as a valued client. Love the MB product. Hoping for better service in Scottsdale. More

This is the second car we have leased from Rob. We live in Scottsdale and drive all the way to Arrowhead Mercedes because they are fantastic. They make the "process" as simple as possible, with minimal ba in Scottsdale and drive all the way to Arrowhead Mercedes because they are fantastic. Nice facility and staff were very friendly. However, secure your own financing prior to going to dealership to shop for a car. Do not give them permission to run your credit. I had secured financing and requested that they used one of the two I knew I would get approval from. Found out weeks after the sale that they ran financing request thru at least 15 banks/credit unions that were never mentioned to me. Some bank even offered me shorter terms that were never discussed with me, and had many rejected my loan due to the length requested. Most rejected due to the large number of loan requests on my credit reports, this is due to the dealers (I had brought another new car last summer).. so it looks like they all do it. I will be contacting the AZ Corporation Commission to see if they can address this practice used by dealerships. I purchased extended warranty, only to find out that the previous owner had a transferable extended warrant better than the one I purchased, since I would have had to contact previous owners (contact information I did not have) to give their ok within 10 days. This warranty was never mentioned to me, I am sure the dealer had to know as all of this information was in the car's information package, I just kicked myself for not reading all of the information sooner, it would have saved me from buying an $1,800.00 extended warranty, when I could have paid $50.00 to transfer a better warranty from previous owner. Otherwise, I love my car...felt they gave me a great deal ! Rob Meyers was very pleasant to work with and would recommend anyone buying a car to see him, he's honest, sincere and will work with you to meet your needs. More
