It was November 2021 in the midst of the pandemic and nobody had cars. We had leased our cars from Rallye Lexus for many years and had stopped in there several times to see when they were going to get th nobody had cars. Very surprisingly, we never heard from them so we decided to stop in at New Country Lexus of Great Neck, what did we have to lose? What a wonderful decision! We had the great pleasure of working with Robert Moscowitz, absolutely the nicest, most knowledgeable salesman we have ever worked with. They actually had cars and we got exactly what we wanted: a 2022 RX 350 in the exact colors (exterior & interior) we wanted. We also got an amazing lease price and trade in for our 3 year old RX. Their service department is equally nice and extremely efficient, what a pleasure! Do yourself a big favor and go see Robert, it most assuredly will be worth your while. More

The sales guy was a nice guy, but he got angry when I started pricing the car at other dealers. I don't understand how a salesman could be angered by normal shopping behavior. I had an exceptional buying experience at NCL. All of the people were honest and forthright with the explanations that made me very comfortable with my choice of vehicle as well as the dealership that I the people were honest and forthright with the explanations that made me very comfortable with my choice of vehicle as well as the dealership that I chose to do business with. It was fun and they moved very quickly as was my choice, I never felt pressured or rushed. I would highly recommend them and don’t be intimidated by the lack of parking they have “ valet” to make the experience that much more pleasurable.
