In dealing with him, I leverage the information I gathered from the various other dealerships I visited and time and time again, he was friendly, thorough in his answers and most importantly patient. In the end, he even showed me a few features I didn't consider. I was very happy to cut the check for my new Opal Sage Metallic Accord Crosstour EX-L to Jay Honda. If you decide to visit Jay Honda, I would recommended making an appointment with Robert. Since purchasing my new Crosstour from Robert, I have sent three people to see him. I initially went to Sunnyside for their IPod promotion, but never got a test drive after speaking with their internet rep who suggested that I complete my current lease. I had already set in my mind that I wanted a 4 wheel drive vehicle. From my discussion with him, I turned my interest to the Honda CRV which was more in my price range but did not want to continue to persue a business relationship with Sunnyside. Jay Honda continued to followup with emails and phone calls from my initial inquiry and when I visited their showroom Rob was very personable, making my sister and I very comfortable as he answered all our questions. He ASKED ME, what downpayment would I be comfortable making instead of giving me a printout of what they wanted me to pay upfront starting at $2,500. We closed the deal at the first visit and I would wholeheartedly recommend Rob to any of my friends looking to replace or buy a vehicle. More
