I was shopping for a new Honda with my mom. We found Jay Honda through the internet service and got connected with Rob who then connected us to Tony. We had looked at a few other Dealerships in the area, b Honda through the internet service and got connected with Rob who then connected us to Tony. We had looked at a few other Dealerships in the area, but we were not getting what we wanted. We had been referred to Jay by two different people who purchased their vechicles there. Tony is so fun to work with, he made it easy, mom got the exact model she wanted, the color she wanted and for the price she wanted. The one thing that was different at Jay Honda than the other dealerships was that Tony was able to connect with us and take the pressure the stress of buying a car. It's really all about building realationships with your customers, and figuring out how to relate to them. More

I had a great experience at Jay Honda and specifically with our salesperson, Rob Logan. Have been a Honda owner since 1981, when I purchased my first Honda, and have generally leased one or two vehicl with our salesperson, Rob Logan. Have been a Honda owner since 1981, when I purchased my first Honda, and have generally leased one or two vehicles, every two or three years since that time. Would say I'm a good customer, without question, but things happen to change opinions/minds. I like the vehicle but some experiences, with dealers, (not Jay Honda) have driven me to pursue another brand and that's Toyota. During the time mentioned and a bad experience with a dealer, again, not Jay Honda, I opted for a Toyota. Went back to Honda, after a two year lease. Believe you received more for your money with Honda, and I liked the Accord better than the Camry. At any rate, I was ready for a change, again, and with some recent reviews about Toyotas and some incentives - -like extended warranties and free oil changes, and some aggressive pricing was ready to take the plunge with a Camry, from a local dealer. Received a call from Rob, due to an internet inquiry and the rest is history. I was pleased with the experience, which included no going back and forth to reach "a deal" and when comparing current lease costs to what Jay Honda offered, I was sold. The overall experience is what "sold me" and that is a tribute to the straight forward approach to all that I worked with at Jay Honda. I have another Accord, leased from a different dealer and when that comes due (two years) will again contact Jay Honda, and Rob. Any member of my family, or friends, who is pursuing a new vehicle will encourage them to give Rob and Jay Honda a call. One interesting note here is the fact that Jay Honda is not located near me, but that was not an issue, after I met with Rob and discussed a new lease. It has been said, that buying a car is something that people "hate to do" and it is sad that the buying experience is like that. The hassle, the waiting, the mistrust between between dealer and buyer, and the list goes on, must be the reason. My son, who is a Navy Fighter Pilot also told me that he would "rather make a night carrier landing, rather than buy a car", tells a story in itself. That question/scenario should be pursued by dealers and the guy who understands it, and most suitably deals with it, is the winner. It is my contention that Jay Honda, and Rob, understand that fact and they won my business. I am sure that my experience with Rob and Jay Honda will not change as times moves forward. More

I had a couple of minor problems with my new purchase, but they took great care of the problems. I am very pleased with Jay Honda. I talked with one of the managers Mark Lyon, Super nice guy. Pleasant experience with the financial manager, Xavier Pepple, made me feel very comfortable, easy going personality. These guys make it a pleasure dealing with. When I first met Rob, he talked about my buying a new car. Although I did not buy at that time, he was very friendly and attentive without being pushy. Recently I did buy a car, and although Rob was not in on the day I was at the dealership, Tony took care of me. He was also very friendly and helpful, and told me he would share the deal with Rob. Tony was diligent in explaining the cars to me and was very helpful. My husband and I were impressed with the way he answered all my questions, and made me feel very comfortable about buying my new car. The day I picked up the car, both men were there to axquaint me with the new features of my car, setting up my bluetooth and explaining the navigation system. They both spent a lot of time with me and never tried to hurry me. I feel that Tony and Rob are excellent representatives of Jay Honda, and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new car. I bought a used car from Jay Honda 2 years ago. I was now given an opportunity to trade in that car 2005 CR-V for a 2011 CR-V leased automobile. I went back to Jay Honda because my overall experience ha now given an opportunity to trade in that car 2005 CR-V for a 2011 CR-V leased automobile. I went back to Jay Honda because my overall experience has been wonderful. From having the car serviced to asking questions to now leasing I have been treated with respect. I am a 65 year old woman who many car sales personnel treat poorly like we are second class citizens. That has never been the case at this dealership. I also appreciate the fact that the showroom and service area are kept clean and promises are something made to keep not break. I would recommend Jay Honda to family and friends without thinking twice. More

There are a number of Honda Dealerships in the Cleveland area. As a result, my plan was to pit the various dealer against each other in a bake off and force them to win my business. In the end, he even showed me a few features I didn't consider. I was very happy to cut the check for my new Opal Sage Metallic Accord Crosstour EX-L to Jay Honda. If you decide to visit Jay Honda, I would recommended making an appointment with Robert. Since purchasing my new Crosstour from Robert, I have sent three people to see him. I initially went to Sunnyside for their IPod promotion, but never got a test drive after speaking with their internet rep who suggested that I complete my current lease. I had already set in my mind that I wanted a 4 wheel drive vehicle. From my discussion with him, I turned my interest to the Honda CRV which was more in my price range but did not want to continue to persue a business relationship with Sunnyside. Jay Honda continued to followup with emails and phone calls from my initial inquiry and when I visited their showroom Rob was very personable, making my sister and I very comfortable as he answered all our questions. He ASKED ME, what downpayment would I be comfortable making instead of giving me a printout of what they wanted me to pay upfront starting at $2,500. We closed the deal at the first visit and I would wholeheartedly recommend Rob to any of my friends looking to replace or buy a vehicle. More
