Service center employees should be more approachable. I dropped of my new 2025 Camry and instead of looking up my vehicle "Which they would have seen I purchased the car from the dealership" I was asked, I dropped of my new 2025 Camry and instead of looking up my vehicle "Which they would have seen I purchased the car from the dealership" I was asked, where did I get the car, was it used. When I returned to pick up my car, the service individuals seemed extremely indifferent and wanted to school me about the process of me calling ahead of time to see if my car would be ready, even though I left the car for 3 days and the plan was for me to pick up the car the day I showed up. My rep Bianca wasn't there and they just seemed put off. I was not happy when I was told there would be a $49.99 diagnostic charge to troubleshoot my issue. I had to push back and share the car was just bought 6 weeks prior. That doesn't make me confident about future services while under warranty. More
