Your comment about the raised price is very concerning, however I have reviewed all of the paperwork and quotes given to you from start to finish and I cannot find anything that would lead you to this conclusion. We definitely did not at any point increase the price above what you were quoted, and I would like to know more about what makes you feel that we did. I've sent you copies of both the initial proposal you approved as well as the final sale documents, both of which do not have any price increase or "tariffs" on them. If we have made an error please let me know, however if this was a misunderstanding we would appreciate you updating your online review accordingly. Thank you for your time, and I look forward to hearing back from you.
