We purchased our car in February and was told we had free oil changes for a year. We get to the dealership today and was told the oil changes was 109.99. I told the service advisor and he said let me check w oil changes for a year. We get to the dealership today and was told the oil changes was 109.99. I told the service advisor and he said let me check with the sales manager comes back and say we can do this one for free and then we had to pay. I said that was not the deal we had when we purchased the car. He had no answers basically this dealership is a joke the put us in a car we did not even ask for never said anything to us said oh your approved and here is your car we wanted captain seat did not get them we wanted the turbo in the car because we had issues before with other 4 cylinder suvs did not get it. Buyer beware don’t let this dealership try to pull the wool over your eyes make sure you go over everything and get it all in writing. They basically rushed us out the door cause they got a sale never even showed us anything on the car we had to come back again for a different sales person to show us such a joke. Can’t Waite for my lease to be up so I can get rid of the trash bag of a car. Thanks for nothing Kia of Stamford we won’t be back More
