Has done this a few times but we tried to give the benefit of the doubt and remain loyal, probably last time we deal with landers dodge especially used car, the only positive experience was Taylor, she did everything she could, was very professional, and kept us informed, probably the only honest person there. The staff at Landers McLarty is certainly above average, In particular, Rob Dunn, the sales manager. Mr. Dunn is a very reasonable guy. His eagerness to make a deal and assist the costumer made the entire process quick and painless. Anyone with experience in car buying knows this is rarely the case. I drove to Landers McLarty that day because I saw a car online that piqued my interested. They never engaged with me about another car on the lot once they seen what would best fit my needs.
