I was pleasantly greeted by the sales team who probably noticed my wife also drove a Ford Explorer. The service team was extremely professional, and the service manager went out of his way to make sure all noticed my wife also drove a Ford Explorer. The last time that I had an appointment to get my car fixed, Sue made a miracle happen when it came to getting a window regulator for my old 2007 Mercury Grand Marquis. My car was repaired within two hou fixed, Sue made a miracle happen when it came to getting a window regulator for my old 2007 Mercury Grand Marquis. My car was repaired within two hours while I waited which was quite convenient for me because I live far away. I can depend on Colonial Ford to fix my car when my local mechanic isn't able to handle the repair. The Service Department at Colonial Ford has taken care of me and my car for over five years now. So far, every time that I have needed service from Colonial Ford I have left the dealership as a satisfied customer. I can't say enough good things about Sue, Phil, Jennifer and Rob. More

The personnel at colonial Ford are friendly and efficient. They provided a car service after I dropped off my vehicle and then again when my car was ready-also reset my change oil indicator at no efficient.
