I had a terrible experience. I brought my RAM Pro Master 2500 with electrical issue my screen was not working and headlight keep going off . After they diagnosed the van they fo I brought my RAM Pro Master 2500 with electrical issue my screen was not working and headlight keep going off . After they diagnosed the van they found a burned wire that was stuck on the catalytic converter so they changed it that’s cost us 2k and nothing changed. The van was at the shop for 4 months I lost a lot of money leaving it there that’s the only van I had for my small business they couldn’t figure out what’s wrong with it. After speaking with almost 3 mangers they always hire and fire different people I guess nothing was solved last manger told me the van need new transmission and engine that would cost about 14k mind as will get you new vehicle wow great solution I guess. I always have to argue with the mechanic advisor josh at the front desk very unprofessional and argumentative person . After wasting money and time and resources I had to take the van out of the dealer and it was at the worse condition then gave it to them definitely very disappointed, and I will never do business with them. I hope everyone can be aware of this and avoid this mistake. More

They have some of the most talented staff in the business. Good help is hard to find in many businesses these days and lake wales dodge has a team that carries a double workload. They are constantly abused for things beyond their control yet show up every day knowing how thankless their hard work and effort will be. From global supply chain issues, supplier changes, and entitled mindsets to name a few, the advisors stay in the front lines under fire diligently working to find parts as quickly as possible and do all they can to keep clients informed for weeks and even months in some cases while waiting for parts availability while also trying to keep up with the incoming clients of the day. Having an already full workload, the technicians have to keep up with all of the incoming appointments while finding out those aged parts finally arrived and on many occasions with no notice from the supplier(s) that they have even shipped. This obviously creates immediate back log as well as client dissatisfaction as getting all of this work done in a day is simply not realistic. The owners of this dealership are respectfully involved given the amount of stores they own and oversee. They offer amazing benefits and care enough to stop by and speak with individual team members to hear their concerns and needs. There has to be other talent out there and lake wales dodge would be a great place for any technician to start and or finish out a very rewarding career. This area is growing tremendously and lake wales dodge has all of the desire in the world to accommodate its current clients as well as the many others moving in to the area. You can trust everyone at Lake wales dodge to give you the right information whether you like the information or not. Honesty and integrity are number 1 with the staff here. Lake wales is looking to and ready for doubling it's staff. Talented technicians- no matter their level of training should inquire here. This company will not only invest in you, it will pay you to further your training and also pay for you and your families college education. There is no such thing as perfect, but if you've had a bad experience - know that you too have made mistakes and I am sure you were wanting and hopeful for forgiveness. Lake wales does own up to it when a mistake is made. Whether or not you give them the opportunity to do so is on you. Lake wales offers so many extra services at no charge to you, a bad experience may be your own fault. If you're in a hurry, as many people are, you should never be waiting for you vehicle to be serviced and or repaired. You never know what else may be going on with your vehicle, or what may have been going on with the vehicle in front of yours. Lake wales has rental vehicles, a shuttle service, a pick up and delivery service and they schedule for check-in times and or drop-off times for required maintenance. This is the time you schedule to meet with your advisor - not the technician. Most companies these days will provide a 3-4 hour window for your in-home service needs. You should never expect your vehicle, which has so many different components to consider to be any different. "Just an oil chnage" is long gone. The manufacturer has a required maintenance list for your vehicle which should be reviewed with you at every service visit. Whether or not you choose to take proper care of your vehicle isn't to you. That doesn't mean that the clients in front of you have chosen to be so negligent. Times have changed and your experience must be backed by your understanding of the processes and not by your opinions. To any potential qualified candidate looking for a place who cares about its staff / team - go inquire with lake wales dodge.
