My husband and I had our 2024 Subaru Forester towed in on Saturday July 19 2025. Our car would not start and steering wheel was locked up. Terrible, unknowledgeable and unprofessional staff. I brought my Subaru I had purchased from them in because a check engine light was on. I had checked the code reading before bringing it in and knew w I brought my Subaru I had purchased from them in because a check engine light was on. I had checked the code reading before bringing it in and knew what was wrong with it, I told them when I dropped it off. They then proceeded to keep it for over a week, I called often and on the occasions that anyone picked up they didn’t have any updates. When they finally told me to come back in to pick it up they told me what was wrong with it, which was the same thing I had already told them the week prior, and then they try to charge me nearly $200 in a diagnostic fee. When I argued this they became very unprofessional and told me to never come back there again. AVOID THIS STEALERSHIP AT ALL COST. More

I have now purchased two Subarus at Tri-City and commend Josh Kidd in the sales department for his knowledge and willingness to spend ample time to make sure that the customer is well-versed in the operation and features of the cars he sells. Overall satisfied with purchase of Forester, Touring. Noticed slight rattle on test drive which they said they tried to find. Removed license plate screws from glove compartment and said that worked. Purchased car but rattle still noticed upon driving distance. After several calls to sales now have service appointment scheduled for them to find source of rattle. Otherwise loving the drive and comfort of the car. Learning curve for all the computer functions! Salesman, Mike, did a good job going over basics at time of purchase. One suggestion: call from service to schedule appointment was made with personal phone so we did not recognize name and did not listen to vm. Employees should call with dealer phone so ID is recognized as TriCity Subaru. Thank you. More
