On Dec 21 I saw a 2024 nissan armada advertised with 11miles on it I called dealership asked it was available salesman billy sad yes I put a 1000 down on it said I would be there there Dec 26th to buy . 11miles on it I called dealership asked it was available salesman billy sad yes I put a 1000 down on it said I would be there there Dec 26th to buy .I sat in vehicle salesman said there was 19 miles on vehicle I said let's go in make a deal on Dec 27th Tha vehicle was delivered to me with 4387 on it .I contacted dealership there is a problem .they told me there wasn'tI still haven't been settled with on deal.as far as I am concerned wouldn't recommend any 1 to dealership More

I had a great experience buying a used Ford Mustang Mach-E EV at Wood Nissan. Johnathan was a great salesman, friendly, polite annd respectful. I recently purchased a used car from this dealership. It was not a good experience. My suggestions are: 1) Get everything in writing. IMO there was some pricing actions that were questionable. 2. Get EVERYTHING in writing and make sure you get a copy of ALL the documents created during the transaction. 3. Make sure the finance document prices match the agreed upon price with the salesman and the sales manager. 4. Make sure the final agree price does not include add-ons that you did not agree to. 5. Do not agree upon a final price for the car you are purchasing until you are sure the trade-in value is set and not part of the final price. I will never buy a car from this dealership again and will actively tell my story to other so they can avoid this dealership. This review is entirely my opinion. More

I drove four hours, so there was definitely a sense of risk and feeling that the dealer would have some type of bad surprise awaiting. It could not have gone better.
