I had a frustrating experience with the service department at Bomnin Chevrolet. I brought my car in multiple times for the same issue, and every time I was met with unprofessionalism and a lack of department at Bomnin Chevrolet. I brought my car in multiple times for the same issue, and every time I was met with unprofessionalism and a lack of communication. After dropping off my car, I would wait days without any updates on its status. When I finally called to check in, it felt like my concerns were an afterthought. They didn’t seem to have looked at my car until several days later, which only added to my frustration. Despite my efforts to be patient and understanding, they failed to fix the problem. It’s disappointing to feel like my time have been wasted. I would not recommend this dealership's service department based on my experience. More

I don't have any comply for the service, my two stars is because the waiting time. It cant be more than 45minutes, in the worst case, for basic service, The last Saturday I arrived at 8:15am 15 min. before because the waiting time. It cant be more than 45minutes, in the worst case, for basic service, The last Saturday I arrived at 8:15am 15 min. before my appointment, and get my car back at 12:10am, REALLY?!! if is through schedule and you don't have enough technicians working on Saturday then, just offer the service according of the service people you have working, I waste my time waiting for more than 2 hrs, and the guy in front service, gently, was saying in 30min, in 45 min, sorry for the delay, en 20min. and I wasn't the only customers in the waiting room with the same issue.... You need to care of this. More

Can there be a negative star? Appointment was made 5/21 for 5/28 service at 7:00 am. I was told this was a same day service appointment. Vehicle was dropped off the night befor Appointment was made 5/21 for 5/28 service at 7:00 am. I was told this was a same day service appointment. Vehicle was dropped off the night before so was ready for the appointment. I did not receive ANY calls during the day. At 11:45 I called for an update and was told they would check in and call me back. 1.5 hours later I had not heard back so I called again. Was told the vehicle was in the shop, had been there since mid morning and would call back later in the afternoon with an update. At 5:00 I still had not heard and called for an update. After being on hold for 15 minutes I was told the vehicle was still not done and they would call back with an estimate of how long until it was ready. At 6:00 I went to the shop and was told they couldn’t find any information on the vehicle. After TWENTY minutes it was determined there were parts missing and the service had not been completed. Nothing. 4 scheduled items, nothing done after I had been told it was being worked on since “mid morning”. Things happen I get it but there was NO communication through the day. Even when I called there was never a true update or indication this was not going to be done same day. I’m still curious if I hadn’t called or showed up how long it would have taken for them to call me about my vehicle. Wasted an entire day for nothing to be done. Take away here I was lied to all day and had no communication regarding my vehicle. Will never go back. Also I wish this was a one of occasion, but last week when the vehicle was there the first time it was a similar experience. I had no communication either during that visit. I figured that was a one off bad day and decided to go back but clearly that was my biggest mistake was deciding to go back today. More

Never buy a car from Bomnin! In 2021 we bought a 2016 Buick Encore. Beforehand we looked at the car history and saw a history of A/C issues. When we went to look at the car we as In 2021 we bought a 2016 Buick Encore. Beforehand we looked at the car history and saw a history of A/C issues. When we went to look at the car we asked about it. We were assured the entire cat was checked out and the A/C was fine. It wasn't. The refrigerant leaked from the start and within the year we ended up replacing a cracked condenser for ~$1100. Now we have a battery that is failing and still under the warranty period, they refuse to warranty the battery because we didn't buy the battery separately. Lying salesmen, warranty refusal, and a manager that doesn't give a xxxx about clients. GO ELSEWHERE! More
