I can’t say enough great things about my experience working with Tania Ashraf! From the moment my husband and I walked into the dealership, she made us feel welcome and at ease. Buying a car can sometimes feel overwhelming, but Tania made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. She took the time to really listen to what we wanted, answered ALL our questions with patience, and never made us feel rushed or pressured. She went above and beyond by opening multiple versions of the Q3 and Q5, even helping us fold down the seats to make sure our two Vizslas would fit comfortably inside. That level of thoughtfulness and dedication made all the difference. And let’s be honest—it’s even rarer for a car buyer to hug their salesperson at the end of the deal! But that’s how much I appreciated Tania’s help. If you’re looking for a friendly and knowledgeable salesperson, she’s the one to see. More

When I purchased my vehicle as it was getting washed paint peeled off a minor section of the vehicle. Of course no one wants that to happen when you’re happy to have purchased a vehicle and ready to go paint peeled off a minor section of the vehicle. Of course no one wants that to happen when you’re happy to have purchased a vehicle and ready to go home. Again Mario Granados went out of his way told me not to worry they would take care of it and they would provide a rental! Special shoutout to Brandon Barello, for explaining everything getting my service requested and getting me a fully paid rental while my vehicle was being painted and for updating me as soon as my vehicle was ready to go. Another special shoutout to car salesman Mario Granados for making a 2 hour drive and bringing the vehicle to me as I was unable to go to the dealership. Also want to shoutout Ella and Rigo for being very kind and helping the mailing of the check process! They have great staff and do go out of their way to take care of you. Thanks again Audi Ontario.
