If you’re looking for a dealership that prioritizes deception over integrity, Ghent Cadillac might be what you’re after. My experience was nothing short of a nightmare, showcasing their lack of profess deception over integrity, Ghent Cadillac might be what you’re after. My experience was nothing short of a nightmare, showcasing their lack of professionalism and disregard for customer satisfaction. The car I purchased looked drastically different from the meticulously reviewed photos online—mis-matched paint that their so-called “detailed inspection” completely missed. According to their paperwork, the vehicle was detailed for over two hours, yet no one noticed (or admitted to noticing) the glaring issues. The sales representative, Rico, claimed he didn’t see it, but I find that hard to believe. After I noticed the problem in daylight, I immediately reached out, only to be dismissed. To make matters worse, their inspection report was riddled with inaccuracies. They claimed the brakes were in good condition; I had to replace them and machine the rotors less than a week after purchase. Headlights listed as functional? They weren’t. Clearly, their reports are unreliable, and they make no effort to stand by them. Rico Palomino was unprofessional and dishonest throughout the process, even hanging up on me when confronted. His behavior seems to reflect the culture of the dealership, led by the equally untrustworthy Jessica Z. Do yourself a favor and avoid Ghent Cadillac altogether. There are plenty of reputable dealerships in Denver that value honesty and customer service—this is not one of them. Consider yourself warned. Took the car back to get the few spots removed and they cracked my windshield. They're playing dumb, an easy task for them. More

He is a liar! I will not shop at Ghent ever again. I ordered a vehicle after Rico had made sure I was qualified we ordered it and he told me 3 to 4 months. I waite I will not shop at Ghent ever again. I ordered a vehicle after Rico had made sure I was qualified we ordered it and he told me 3 to 4 months. I waited and called every 2 weeks and Rico had told us that GM motors did pick up my ordered. I called today as it was supposed to be any day. And Rico has said that he had never said it was picked up and he never said that, but he did infact state it multiple times “the orders had been picked up.” And then the next time we called “ it should be here within the next 40 days.” When we were ordering he said that the orders get picked up every week and for it to not be picked up IN FOUR MONTHS! Then my mother had gotten a car from him and they “lost” the fob. We called to see and he said “ we can’t find it.” He said he will program one for us and he NEVER did. It has been well over a month that we have been waiting for the fob More
