Best Experience Ever When I arrived at the dealership I didn’t know what to expect. Alex made me feel as if I was a part of the family. Everyone I encountered was pleasant When I arrived at the dealership I didn’t know what to expect. Alex made me feel as if I was a part of the family. Everyone I encountered was pleasant and that made me think that they are happy to be there and not to just sell cars but actually enjoy what they do. This experience was the best I have ever had when purchasing a car. The sales manager was awesome and he delivered on everything he said he would. If you are in the market for a car you can’t get any better than Rock Hill Nissan!!! More

Lack of transparency There's a total lack of transparency. They will push and push to upswell without explaining what you're getting yourself into. I would consider the whole transaction to fairly unethical. One thing that caught me off guard is they were trying to get me to sign things quickly without reading the paperwork. I had to really prod to find out what they wanted me to sign. More

Don't waste your time. Go to another Nissan dealership Waste of time. Visited dealership 5 times same BS Everytime.
