Your dealership is so xxxxed up. Finance doesn’t know what they’re doing. We were lied to. They call us over a week later asking where our trade-in is after we called to let them know the day before and day of it being towed to Midway. Who the xxxx is Tyler. Never heard of him. Alex Kraft promised three free oil changes and even signed a paper with this info, but when I got home that particular paper isn’t with the rest of the papers good thing I videotaped the conversation because it was one lie after another. I’m sure the BBB will be interested in what I have to say and what I recorded. We were told the financing was being handled by one company and then get an email and it’s a different lender. I was totally screwed. Traded in 3 vehicles and didn’t get one cent for the third trade in. The only thing I’ll recommend is for people to not go there. How do these people stay in business? I can’t even write all that I want to say. Getting this survey is pissing me off because it’s bring up memories of how we were screwed. I had a very positive experience with Midway. I traded in a vehicle and purchased a new one from them towards the end of the day. Multiple employees stayed past business hours in order to complet I traded in a vehicle and purchased a new one from them towards the end of the day.
