In March 25, 2024 I arrived to Hollywood Crysler Jeep located at; 2100 N State Rd 7, Hollywood, FL 33021. By April 30 the supplement report was completed, the situation with the insurance company (Progr located at; 2100 N State Rd 7, Hollywood, FL 33021. By April 30 the supplement report was completed, the situation with the insurance company (Progressive) was resolved and the payment for the repair was approved. I do not have a car rental option in my insurance policy and the guy who hit me in the accident Since then, I am waiting for the repair to be done, I was informed by the shop that more than three times they received the wrong part from the warehouse which I still have hard time to understand (those part have a code, how it can be too difficult to Mach numbers or letters). More

I recently had an incredibly disappointing experience at Hollywood Chrysler Jeep's bodyshop. After leasing a new truck just 15 days prior, I noticed some issues with the bumper. Naturally, I took it to thei Hollywood Chrysler Jeep's bodyshop. After leasing a new truck just 15 days prior, I noticed some issues with the bumper. Naturally, I took it to their bodyshop for repairs. However, what followed was 10 days of frustration and incompetence. Not only did they fail to fix the issue, but they actually made it worse by simply slapping on some glue. This wasn't the first time I've encountered such incompetence from them; I had a similar experience with another vehicle of the same model. Despite leaving it for 15 days for bumper repairs, they didn't even touch it. When I approached the sales manager, Evan Fleischman, and the dealership manager, Clinton, for assistance, they were unhelpful and downright rude. It's ironic how eager they are to sell you a car, but once they've made the sale, they couldn't care less about customer satisfaction. I left the dealership with my damaged car and a resolve never to return. Avoid this dealership at all costs; their lack of accountability and disregard for customer service left me thoroughly disappointed. More

Amazing service and response on the repairs and communication with all parties.
