It’s been quite a while since I bought a car from a dealer. This was the most positive experience from the very beginning we met Ricky in the used car lot. We were looking for a specific advertised car dealer. This was the most positive experience from the very beginning we met Ricky in the used car lot. We were looking for a specific advertised car that we located when Ricky came up and introduced himself. He was so polite, respectful and listened and answered all our questions. We test drove the car and he gave us useful information about the car and was not high pressure and didn’t try to sell us something else. We left with nothing but positive thoughts about our experience and told him we would discuss and get back in touch which we did. We wanted to come in the next day to make an offer and hope to finalize the deal. When I asked his work hours for the following day, he said don’t be concerned about that how can I help. We met him the next day even though he was off and made the deal and arranged to get the car the following day due to previous appointment we had. Ricky’s follow-up with us was exceptional and very professional .when we finalized the deal we worked with Tobey in the finance department and all was smooth sailing.
