Really good customer service Was greeted immediately as I walked in the door. Friendly sales staff my salesman pick an awesome car for me. He pulled forward Ford escape 2019 love the blue color and the black rims really go together nicely. Download at the Ford pass it was a start my vehicle and stop it as well as lock and unlock the doors. Also can I get to my Google able to hands-free phone calls and it goes right to my map when I put in an address. those combination work very well together with this vehicle. Thank you empire Ford, a my salesperson Berkeley lined me up with a beautiful vehicle. Barclay real good guy down to earth. If Mike was the only one I dealt with, I would have walked out quickly. But thanks to the management team, Paul, Tyler and Rick, I didn't.
