Hi Rick,I wanted to let you know how disappointed I was Hi Rick, I wanted to let you know how disappointed I was with your total 'DISHONESTY' about the vehicle I purchased for more Son! As I previously Hi Rick, I wanted to let you know how disappointed I was with your total 'DISHONESTY' about the vehicle I purchased for more Son! As I previously told you, I am a retired disabled Army Veteran that lives on a fixed income. However, I wanted to help my son purchase another used vehicle, as him and his wife have two children, and their money is very tight. I just found out that my son's 'NEW' vehicle is now at the shop, and needs a new water pump! He has gotten three separate estimates which range from $1500.00 to $3000.00. Apparently, it broke down the day after he purchased the vehicle from your 'UNSCRUPULOUS' dealership! He did not want to tell me, as both my wife and I are currently facing some pretty significant health issues. Although the estimates for the repairs vary, there is only 'ONE' conclusion that all three auto repair shops came up with and that is, whoever sold my Son the vehicle, 'DEFINITELY' new the vehicle had a 'BAD WATER PUMP!' Needless to say, this has put a huge damper on our holiday spirit. I only wish you could have been 'HONEST' with my son right from the jump start. In hindsight, we should have saw the 'RED FLAGS' when your dealership refused to fix 'TWO' dysfunctional safety features on his 'NEW' vehicle that you had checked off as 'OPERATIONAL' on you 'SAFETY CHECKLIST!' That is exactly why the state of New York has the 'LEMON LAW' for "RIPOFFS' just like your dealership! So now, we are stuck with a huge bill and pray the 'Bad Water Pump' did not cause any damage to his engine! Please 'DO NOT' email me back with some kind of garbage that it is a used vehicle, and you buy it as is. I would agree with that statement, but not when you 'INTENTIONALLY' forget to disclose that the vehicle's water pump is bad! Obviously, we will 'NOT' be doing any more business with you jokers, and I will be sure to leave your dealership with the appropriate '1-Star Review!' that you have so deservedly earned! Have a Merry Christmas! Scott L. Flipse PS: My son also said you were an extremely rude salesman, but he really liked the vehicle, so he bought it anyways. More
