I have been taking our two Hyundais to this location for the past few years. They have always been so incredible to work with, done a great job and are honest and their prices are competitive. Rick and his the past few years. They have always been so incredible to work with, done a great job and are honest and their prices are competitive. Rick and his team go above and beyond!! I know people think its crazy to go to a dealer for service but honestly I don't think that is the case here. I have compared prices and they are competitive and the level of service cannot be matched. Try them! More

I want to take the time and say thank you to Piazza Hyundai's Service department! You guys are AMAZING!! Rick the Service Manager is awesome and really knows the true meaning of customer service! He went out of his way to help me and I cannot thank him enough! I have been dealing with a shifting problem in my 2007 Tiburon (Which I bought new) for 2 years now. I was working with Savage because that's where I bought the car and it was close to home. They couldn't fix it and gave up on me, telling me there is nothing else they can do and the car is suppose to drive the way it does. I made one phone call to Piazza and Rick said that he would be glad to take a look at. Rick went above in beyond with my car and I had a phone call the next day saying they found the problem and he will get it taken care of! Something I have wanted to hear for the last two years!!!! I cannot tell you how pleased I am with him and his team! They are top quality and really know how to treat their customers and make them feel like family! I cannot put in words how relieved I am that this two year long mess is FINALLY over and that I now have a have a wonderful team of people I can take my car to in the future! Thank you so much Rick you are the BEST!! Would HIGHLY Recommend Piazza to anyone interested in buying a Hyundai! Again Thank You! More

This dealership is where we bought this car and where we have continued to bring it in for servicing. It is a very fine dealership. Great Experience - Professional, friendly and good service. I was in at my appointed time, oil and filter changed and the 30some point check done and I was out of there in a half hour.
