I appreciate the fact that Rick is able to accommodate my need for late afternoon service appointments. The staff is very friendly and the waiting room is clean. To whom it may concern... Rick, Dennis and Jason went To whom it may concern... Rick, Dennis and Jason went out of their way to help resolve a problem with the ignition system in our 2009 Sonata. Th To whom it may concern... Rick, Dennis and Jason went out of their way to help resolve a problem with the ignition system in our 2009 Sonata. This problem (intermittant non-starting, when the key was inserted) was causing Myra DiNicola a lot of anxst. The system would work well for weeks at a time and then fail without warning. Naturally, this failure would always occur at the "scariest" times - such as when she needs to make a doctor's appointment. Getting the car to start sometimes took 10 minutes of manipulating the steering wheel and the jiggling the key. And, there was always that fear that she would need a tow. Anyway, the guys at Piazza Hyundai have us scheduled for 10/10/12, at 7:40, to have the ignition replaced and fixed. We thank them for their tenacity at solving a problem that was very hard to diagnose.... because when they tried to duplicate the problem - it could not be duplicated, so they had to painstakingly take the system apart to get to the problem. From the time I walked in the door till the time I left the people could not do enough for me. I have purchased at least 15 new cars over my lifetime and your service exceeds all my expections. The biggest single thing that your people do, that is not done at any other dealer, is the washing of the auto after it is serviced. More

I have owned three Hyundai's in my lifetime from other dealerships. However the customer service at the Piazza location (for my 4th new Hyundai) was by far the best. The manager was eager to assist me wit dealerships. However the customer service at the Piazza location (for my 4th new Hyundai) was by far the best. The manager was eager to assist me with an issue I was having with my radio and promptly got my car serviced. I would recommend the service department to anyone who is looking for quality and honesty.....at every visit! More
