Great Sales and service experiences I just purchased my 6th car from Jennings (87 Nova, 93 and 2000 Prisms, 2004, 2012, and 2020 Malibus. I have purchased three cars from Chris Hallenber I just purchased my 6th car from Jennings (87 Nova, 93 and 2000 Prisms, 2004, 2012, and 2020 Malibus. I have purchased three cars from Chris Hallenberg who provides above and beyond customer service. Chris made the last purchase very easy by having tall the papaerwork prepared andready for me to complete which streamlined the process. Mark Jarosz made the finance end smooth and easy and answered all of my questions and concerns. Rehan Alimomohammed is always proactive in making sure my vehicle is running and identifying any services issues to fix them before they become problem. Sometimes when some service issues come up Rehan is alway there to find the problem and resolve it in a timely manner. Mark Rolla and Rick Straczek are always available and very helpful when problems arise. They both take the time to educate me on specific service issues that I may not be aware of. Andy Sweis who sold me my second car at Jennings a 2000 Prism has provided me with above and beyond customer serviice. If I have a rare problem or issue at Jennings Andy will get involved and help resolve the issue. More

Jennings Chevrolet - Outstanding purchase experience I purchased my 2015 Z06 Corvette from Jennings Chevrolet and they did an excellent job of handling my entire buying experience. They have one of the most professional staffs I have ever met or worked with. My buying experience was exceptional with regard to the how I was treated by everyone at the dealership. They have a very friendly and polite staff and everyone I encountered at the dealership made me feel welcome, and they all expressed their appreciation for my business. Chris Hallenberg took care of my order and delivery of my vehicle demonstrating his expertise, Davis handled the transaction paperwork making sure I understood everything along with pointing out additional warranties I might want to consider purchasing to protect my vehicle. I have never taken delivery of a vehicle so well prepared before, the Corvette was immaculate when I received it. The vehicle orientation was done very professionally and I drove away feeling very positive about the entire process. Great dealership - great people! More

Jennings Chevrolet is the best. The reason we chose Jennings was because of the people, the sales inventory and the service department. The staff works together as a team, they look at the customers n Jennings was because of the people, the sales inventory and the service department. The staff works together as a team, they look at the customers needs and wants, Their facility is comfortable and friendly. They have a work area, a children's area and a lounge area. There is nothing negative to say about Jennings. Give them a try. You will be pleased. More

I have been a loyal Jennings customer for 19 years. It started when my '91 Blazer was stolen when I moved back to town after being out of state for 5 years and they put it back together to my satisfaction started when my '91 Blazer was stolen when I moved back to town after being out of state for 5 years and they put it back together to my satisfaction. After 10 years and 109,000 miles I purchased a 2000 Blazer from Jennings. This Blazer is now 10 years old with 133,000 miles on it and still running. Rarely when I call to make an appointment am I told they are too busy. My Blazer's last visit was for a cooling system problem. I had taken my Dalmatian to the vet and when we got back in, the check gauges light came on and I saw that the temperature gauge was heading towards the red. I called and left a message for Ken Ward, my regular service advisor. I called back later and found out he had already left for the day. I asked to be connected to Rick who used to be my service advisore before he became a manager and explained what was going on. It was too late to get a rental so I had AAA tow it to Jennings because Rick said he would take care of it for me and I knew he would. Unfortunately they were too busy that night to get to it, so the next morning Mack called me to tell me that my radiator was cracked and would need to be replaced. I explained I had walked to work that day because I had no other way to get there and he said the courtesy van would pick me up from work and bring me to Jennings to retrieve my Blazer when it was finished. Luckily, we had set all this up in the morning because there was a big storm that afternoon and the power went out at Jennings. The courtesy van driver came to work and brought me back to Jennings. My vehicle was finished, but the paperwork and charges could not be processed without the power. Mack estimated the amount that would be charged to my card and took my credit card information and said the receipt would be mailed to me later once the power came back up. It was a Friday and I really needed my vehicle for the weekend. The power came back on, Mack called back and said his calculations were off by a penny and then my receipt and paperwork did come in the mail. I am always pleased with the service and the way I am treated by the staff at Jennings. I have recommended the dealership to my friends and a couple of them now take their vehicles there for service. I am sure my next vehicle will also be purchased there when it's time for a new one. More

I need to have the power steering recall done on my 2007 Cobalt. Work was done in less time than they said and I was happy. I had the power steering go out over the July 4th weekend. I took my car to a local mechanic, because I didn't know of the recall on my car. Rick got me reimbursed for my expenses. More
