Chat with me for a few minutes, and it’s easy to see why I dig my job. Put simply, I believe in the product – and the Don Ayres Experience. My coworkers and I don’t just sell cars, we build meaningful relationships with our customers. I have been the Honda sales manager at Don Ayres since November 1999 and before that I was in sales for 3 years. My father sold Honda's here for over 20 years, so it is really a family affair. I've been married to my beautiful wife Kara since 2004. We have 2 awesome children, Caleb and Savannah. We have lived in the Fort Wayne area all of our lives and enjoy going to Hamilton lake and spending time with family.

What a great experience. I was met in the lot by Cristian and that started the best car buying experience i have had. Cristian helped me select my Black Edition Ridgeline. I was introduced to the Manager Rick and he found the vehicle I wanted and brought it to the dealership. The John from Finance took over and I received my truck. Cristian guided me through the process with precision. When you purchase your car at Don Ayers Honda see Cristian. Cristian was AMAZING to work with. He took his time, was thorough and listened to everything that I wanted. Other dealerships make you feel pressure and just trying to make a sale.
