The sales staff are amazing. I love my previous salesmen and while I had my vehicle in service I browed the lot looking at other cars I liked. I spoke with a salesmen and he ran the numbers for he and helped me out. The service department is what makes it 3 stars. I haven't been able to get my rear passenger door open for months, my key fob and the manual unlock from the doors wouldn't work at all. I finally had the time to schedule an appointment and came in to have it checked. Within 20 minutes they called me back and showed me it was working fine. I asked what they did and they said nothing it worked from the first time they tried to open it. Then the service advisor proceeded to tell me that the cold weather can do that. I explained I've had it over winter already. He then explained to me like I was a child each button on my key fob and what they did and that I needed to push the unlock button twice to unlock all doors. Seriously? I've been driving over 10 years and you think I don't know how to open my doors? I've also never heard of the cold weather keeping my fob or even the internal manual locks from unlocking a door. Also, no, the child lock wasn't on. So I had to leave because he was insisting it was an intermittent issue when that door hasn't opened since about 4 months after I bought my car brand new off the lot. Regardless my door opened fine for about 2 hours after I left, I got home, went to the grocery store. Guess what. Door doesn't work. I took a lengthy video of me walking around, testing it unlocked and locked with the fob, then the buttons on the door, and from the inside. Wouldn't open. Checked child lock, it wasn't on.
