All very nice and polite when selling the vehicle, but I was a bit surprised how I was totally ignored a week later. Just a week after purchasing the vehicle I went in to get service for a wiper. Out of the 4 people that I had met I got greeted by one, one was not there and the other 2 didn't say a word. It is not hard to say "good morning." I have to say that the two sales consultants I spoke with the most were great and for that reason I would recommend others. More

Our sales person "Manny" was very professional and organized with helping us make our decision. This dealership has a lot of creature comforts and is a very clean and well-maintained facility. I just wanted to send a shout out to Sunrise as I didn't know about this website til now and I wanted to give credit where credit was due. I have been buying cars at Sunrise since 2003. Back in May I didn't know about this website til now and I wanted to give credit where credit was due. I have been buying cars at Sunrise since 2003. Back in May I purchase my 5th car. I traded a 2013 Malibu as I needed something bigger. I was not sure I could trade after a yr. I was wrong Sean worked his hardest to get me my Impala 2lt. Due to timing issue I also worked with Nick and was at little hesitant as I wanted to hold out for LTZ but Nick was great as he explained that my car was so close to LTZ as I got all options that I wanted in the car. Both Nick and Sean were great showing me all details of car and since I opted out of Navigation as it was feature I was not sure I needed I was quickly reminded when in a bind the onstar was great Navigation tool. Since purchase I have got a lot of compliments on car and could not be happier. Rick in finance got me an awesome finance rate and was able to give me options like gap insurance at the payment that I wanted. In service I had worked with both Kory and Dave. Both have been life savers and have been there when I needed them. This past year I have worked with Kory more and he has gone above and beyond when it comes to service and as always when I was in a hurry as I live 45 min from dealer both Kory and Dave have got me a rental car so I could do my daily business. Anytime I am at dealer I feel like I am part of a family as every time I am at the dealer I am greeted as soon as I walk in the door and people like Sean And Nick always make it a point to see how I am liking the car and to see how I am doing. Last but not least by any means when I thought hope was lost in my last deal it was brought to my attention that Rich the sales manager worked hard in my deal to get me the payment I wanted and vowed to beat anyone's price if I had looked elsewhere. By the way he was the salesman that I bought my first car from in 2003 and as they say first impressions are important and that he did as I have come back time and time again to buy a car.All in all I am glad to be a part of the sunrise family and will go no where else to conduct business and in a couple of yrs when I am in the market for another car I will certainly be back at Sunrise. More
